    parser: Limit file name matches to 16 characters
    
    Ensure that file name matching terminates after 16 characters from the
    match string even if more are given. This fixes a non-detection of an
    existing file when a name longer than 16 chars was given and matches
    the observed behaviour of a 1541 too.
